Fluro Light Repairs to a Commercial Property in Balmain

We had a client ring up in a bit of an emergency. She is a Podiatrist in Balmain and needed an electrician urgently to repair the lights in her diagnostic room. In common with many Sydney commerical offices. her rooms had troffer fluorescent lights. These are a recessed light that is part of a T bar ceiling with Gyproc ceiling tiles. After a quick look, we  immediately identified that due to age, the holders for the fluoro-tubes had actually perished. You could not even add a new tube in ! We recommended, since the light was so old, we couldn’t fix it but instead we could replace the whole light fitting. This would be the more  economical way to get a good result.

We were able to replace the fluoro tube that same day so that she could continue to use that room for the day. While fluoro-tubes are fantastic form of commercial lighting for offices and shops and factories around Sydney they do need maintenance. Tubes do need to be replaced occassionally. Furthermore to improve the aesthetics of your surrounds, occassionally the lighting apparatus might need to be replaced. The advantage of this system is that they are quite cheap fitting, so it’s easy to buy a whole new fitting. Replacing it is fast and gets the lights working again in a flash. We fixed her fluoro lights in Balmain that same day. She was impressed with our efficiency. Furthermore she appreciated the upfront price she received from Aaron’s Complete Electrical.
