• 1) Check Electricity
  • Ensure that the isolating switch, located at the switchboard and next to the water heater, are both on
  • Check the fuse marked “hot water” or “water heater” at the switchboard to see if there has been a blackout or supply issue
  • Check the circuit breaker to see if it has been tripped. If so, reset or replace the circuit breaker

  • 2) Check Hot Water
  • Monitor hot water usage by timing how long you and your family spend in the shower, implement a water saving device in your shower head and use cold water only in the washing machine

  • 3) Check Leaking Water
  • Ensure that there are no leaks from the hot water pipe
  • If there is a leak present, you will need to replace faulty tap washer
